Bareeq is a shared mission and public identity carried by two legally independent nonprofit organizations: Bareeq Foundation in Syria and Bareeq Development Inc. in the United States. They cooperate under a formal agreement while retaining separate governance, finances and legal responsibilities.
Bareeq Development Inc. (USA)
An independent U.S. nonprofit organization recognized under section 501(c)(3). It supports the shared Bareeq mission through fundraising and cooperation on approved projects, and keeps its own governance, finances and legal responsibilities.
About Bareeq Development Inc.The two organizations cooperate under a formal agreement. Each remains separately governed and legally responsible for its own activities, finances and contracts.
